We are conducting a government-sponsored survey on behalf of the Home Office. The survey is about security arrangements in UK organisations. The data gathered will help the Government enhance public safety and provide further support for security requirements in public premises and events.

This survey should be completed by the person who is either solely or jointly responsible for security decisions at AUCKLAND PARK HOSPITAL.

Your premises or event has been selected at random from a database built by glass.ai, an AI capability, and through publicly available data (e.g., on Companies House, business websites, annual reports, and press releases)

We can reassure you that your answers will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be attributed to you or your premises or event in the data we pass on to the Home Office unless you give explicit permission to do so.

This survey does not ask for any personal information other than your job title, which will only be used to understand the types of roles involved in responding and will not be linked to you or your premises or event in any reporting. You should not disclose any specific security arrangements that need to remain confidential for security purposes.

This survey includes questions about physical security incidents. Please rest assured that your participation is entirely voluntary. You are free to stop participating at any time or refuse to answer any of the individual questions.

The survey will take an average of 10 minutes to complete.
