We can reassure you that your answers will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be attributed to you or your premises or event in the data we pass on to the Home Office unless you give explicit permission to do so.

This survey does not ask for any personal information other than your job title, which will only be used to understand the types of roles involved in responding and will not be linked to you or your premises or event in any reporting. You should not disclose any specific security arrangements that need to remain confidential for security purposes.
